Learning The Rhythms of Fly Fishing

In January, Livingston-based fly fishing instructor Matt Wilhelm gave composer Zach Redler a flyfishing lesson. After all, as A River Runs Through It teaches us, "casting is an art performed on a four-count rhythm between ten and two o’clock."

No fish were harmed in the execution of this wintery gym-based lesson.
