On Saturday, May 3 at 12pm at The Ellen Theatre, you’re invited to a special behind-the-scenes experience. All Hansel & Gretel ticket holders are invited to an exclusive Director’s Talk featuring stage director Joshua Borths and Conductor/Opera Montana Artistic Director Michael Sakir, where you'll hear insights about the creative process, the production's unique vision, and what to watch for in the performance. It’s a wonderful way to deepen your experience of this truly magical opera.

Immediately following the talk, attendees are invited to stay for our cast and orchestra’s first rehearsal together, known as the Wandelprobe, which kicks off at 1pm. There, you’ll hear how voices and instruments blend together for the first time and witness Michael work musical magic as he fine tunes the levels, tempos, and mix.
