Matt has been an active part of Opera Montana for over 15 years, including as a board member, vice president and president. The thrill of being onstage as a chorus member for his first opera surprised him and he became an instant fan. He has performed in many Opera Montana productions as a chorus member and in several roles. Matt has retired from a long career at Montana State University and now manages an information technology consulting business focusing on information security and compliance. Matt and his wife enjoy Bozeman’s big backyard as much as they can, especially while mountain biking, hiking and Nordic skiing.
