Dennis K. Wentz was fortunate to be President of Intermountain Opera Montana from 2015-2018, guiding nine opera productions. A native of North Dakota he continued his musical interests while receiving his MD from The University of Chicago. A lapsed pianist, he still subscribes to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Lyric Opera of Chicago. Moving from academic gastroenterology to become a physician-executive at Vanderbilt University and the American Medical Assocation, he is delighted to be an Honorary Board Member of Opera Montana and to be the Founding Chair of the Montana Center for the Arts.
